Custom 60lb Offset Saddle-Stitched Booklets
Custom saddle-stitched booklets printed on 60lb Offset Text Stock provide an economical option for multi-page publications such as manuals, product guides, programs, reports and other informational booklets.
These booklets are available in a standard 8.5" x 11" finished size, with custom sizes also available. Choose full-colour CMYK printing or black-only printing for the interior pages, along with either a 60lb Offset Text self-cover or a separate 14pt C2S cover.
60lb Offset Text Stock
Interior booklet pages are printed on 60lb Offset Text Stock.
Uncoated Finish
No additional coating is applied to the 60lb Offset Text Stock.
Colour Printing Options
Interior pages are available with:
- Full-colour CMYK: two-sided printing (4/4)
- Black ink only: two-sided printing (1/1)
Please note: If a 14pt C2S cover is selected, the cover will always be printed in CMYK.

Available in quantities ranging from 25 to 1,000 booklets.
Finished Booklet Size
Standard size: 8.5" x 11".
This measurement refers to the finished and folded size of the booklet.
Custom sizes are also available and may be subject to an additional administration charge.

Saddle-Stitched Binding
Booklet pages are folded, collated and saddle stitched, then the finished booklets are boxed.
Artwork File
Print-ready PDF file.
Page Count
The number of pages ordered includes the cover pages.
PDF Proof Approval
A low-resolution PDF proof will be sent to the account holder's email address for approval before production begins.
Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your proof. Production time begins once written approval has been received.
Proofs approved after 1 PM EST will enter production on the following business day.
File Changes
One file change is included at no additional charge. Additional requested file changes are billed at $25 per file change for prepress processing.
