Shipping Policy
ReimerPrint ships custom printed products to most Canadian addresses. Shipping availability, carrier services and costs may vary for remote and northern destinations. Because printed products can vary significantly in size, weight, quantity and finishing, shipping costs are calculated dynamically for each order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on your selected product, quantity, size, finishing options and delivery destination.
To view available shipping methods and costs, enter your province and postal code using the Estimated Shipping Cost calculator on the product page or during checkout.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Methods
Available carrier services may include UPS and FedEx. Available services, shipping costs and estimated delivery dates vary depending on the product, package size and delivery destination.
Production Time and Delivery Time
Production turnaround and shipping transit time are separate.
The production turnaround shown on a product page is the estimated time required to manufacture your order before it is ready to ship. Once production is complete, your order is transferred to the selected carrier.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates are displayed when shipping is calculated.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, remote destinations, seasonal volume and other circumstances outside ReimerPrint’s control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or has been transferred to the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact ReimerPrint promptly. Include your order number and photographs of both the packaging and damaged product so we can review the issue.
