Custom Pearl Greeting Cards (Specialty Greeting Cards)

Custom Pearl Greeting Cards
Pearl greeting cards are printed on shimmering Pearlescents 110lb paper for a distinctive look and tactile finish. The pearlescent fibres built into the stock catch the light from different angles, giving printed artwork a subtle shimmer without requiring a separate foil or metallic finishing process.
These custom greeting cards are well suited to invitations, announcements, thank-you cards, seasonal greetings and other designs where the paper itself is an important part of the finished presentation.

Pearlescents 110lb Paper
Pearl greeting cards are printed on Pearlescents 110lb paper infused with metallic pearl fibres. Because the shimmer is part of the paper stock itself, it cannot simply be rubbed away from the printed surface.
The pearlescent fibres also give the paper a soft texture that distinguishes it from standard smooth card stocks.
Printing on Pearlescent Paper
Artwork is printed directly onto the pearlescent paper so the natural shimmer of the stock remains visible through the finished design. The result combines full-colour printed artwork with the distinctive appearance of the pearl paper.

Subtle Pearl Shimmer
The pearlescent fibres create a subtle shimmer as the greeting card catches the light from different angles. This gives the finished card added visual character while allowing the printed artwork to remain the focus.
Optional Envelopes
Envelopes are available as an optional addition to your greeting card order.
Please note: Optional envelopes are not pearlescent. Envelope add-ons are supplied in regular white 60lb offset stock.
Why Choose Pearl Greeting Cards?
Pearl greeting cards offer a noticeably different appearance from conventional smooth card stocks. Their built-in pearlescent fibres provide subtle shimmer and texture that can complement elegant typography, illustration, photography and decorative artwork.
Because the shimmer is part of the Pearlescents 110lb paper rather than an applied finishing effect, it becomes an integral part of the finished greeting card and changes subtly as the paper catches the light.
